    Visited the tearooms only. Comfortable tearoom/restaurant run by a bloke from Sheffield. Good coffee and cake and the jokes are free.

    Such a delightful place to stay or to stop for a bite to eat at Mole creek especially if you are heading up to cradle mountain.

    29/9/17 Worst service and cost, I ordered scones and tea, scones were rubber and while they said they would get me some more, I declined then they charged me $6 50 for a cup of tea which was just a small cup with a tea bag, not even a pot of tea.

    Got there at 3.55pm hoping the kitchen was open. They were scheduled to close at 4pm but were happy to take food orders.

    Terrible service and the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted. I also do not consider half a tomato, three small lettuce leaves and a single piece of onion a salad. Pity I cannot give it zero or minus star rating, will never go near this place again.

    Fries were crispy (which isn't a given in many cafes in Tasmania), slaw was fresh, beef ribs smoky and tender. A real find!
